3. Course Registration

Students are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. CADD LABS reserves the right to verify the information provided and may cancel a registration if false or misleading information is submitted.

4. Use of Training Services

CADD LABS provides educational and professional training services. Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and follow institute guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate behaviour with trainers, staff, and other students.
• Use course materials only for personal educational purposes.
• Not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute course materials without permission.
• Not misuse CADD LABS systems, software, equipment, or digital resources.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of training access.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, notes, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, website content, and other educational resources provided by CADD LABS are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Students may use these materials only for personal learning. Copying, selling, publishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting CADD LABS materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Fees and Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission. Applicable taxes and other charges, where relevant, may be added to the course fee. CADD LABS reserves the right to restrict access to training or course materials if applicable payments are not made as agreed.

7. Course Schedule

CADD LABS may make reasonable changes to class schedules, trainers, course modules, or training locations when necessary due to operational or other unavoidable circumstances. Students will be informed of significant schedule changes wherever reasonably possible.

8. Certificates

Certificates may be issued to students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements, including attendance, assessments, projects, or other requirements specified for the particular program. Issuing a certificate does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, or any specific career outcome.

9. Refund and Cancellation

Course fees are generally non-refundable once admission or training has commenced, except where otherwise specifically agreed in writing by CADD LABS or required under applicable law. Students are advised to confirm the course details, duration, fees, schedule, and other relevant information before enrolling.

10. Placement Assistance

Where placement assistance is offered, CADD LABS may provide career guidance, interview preparation, job referrals, or placement support. Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, or selection by any employer.

11. Limitation of Liability

CADD LABS makes reasonable efforts to provide quality training and accurate course information. However, we do not guarantee specific academic, employment, salary, or career results. CADD LABS will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

12. Suspension or Termination

CADD LABS reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access to training services for serious misconduct, non-payment of fees, misuse of institute resources, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

CADD LABS may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
